Need a pithy social caption? A compelling CTA? maybe just something new for Drew Barrymore to read?*

I’ve written global brand copy for the UK, NL, US and LATAM markets. Here’s a little peek at what that looks like —>

*Bonus: here’s a clip from The Drew Barrymore Show on ‘Groundhogging’, a dating concept created by Inner Circle.

My social copy features briefly on screen (and on the Inner Circle IG). You can also find my Groundhogging blog post on the Editorial Writing page of this portfolio.

  • Crafting witty content and copy for social pages and ads - including some of Inner Circle’s top-performing IG posts.

  • Writing high-performing email & app targeting copy (push triggers, notifications, in-app alerts and more) to grow Inner Circle’s member base and convert clicks to sales for White Stuff.

  • Coming up with descriptions for the hottest tickets in town? Harder than you think.

(But it’s worth it when someone quotes your copy at the door.)

  • There’s a whole section for this - here.

P.S. I also spearheaded the rebrand of Inner Circle’s blog ‘On the List.’

  • Keeping the app store descriptions fresh and the events compelling (and legally-compliant).

  • Writing copy to be featured (without credit, boo) on other sites. Choice words have been featured on Taste of London, Time Out, The Handbook and Made in Shoreditch.

My copy for our 'Groundhogging' and 'Winter-Coating' dating concepts also made it to Stylist UK, Metro UK, Hypebae and The Drew Barrymore Show.

  • Anything and everything from optimising Inner Circle’s performance in harvest markets to making the company sound like a place you’d actually like to work at.

2 puns and 3 new members of the team later, I think it’s safe to say that my copy worked.

  • During my time at Motley London, I was tasked with the responsibility of naming product collections - and creating brand messaging for each one.

Lola Fenhirst and Zak Sheinman, it was a pleasure to name your pieces.

  • Keeping it profesh and press-friendly with announcing products and collaborations at Motley London.

  • A chance to flex my creative B2B flair (yes, there is such a thing) and shape seasonal collection narratives for White Stuff.

  • Been to a White Stuff shop? You may have seen some of my copy on a swing tag or sign. (Lucky you.)
